Lovely little hotel just been taken over by a friendly young women who is trying her best to continously make improvements to make sure that everyone has a nice stay. Big plans ahead but already amazing for the price.
Good value of money, great location? Right next to the pier and many restaurants. The hotel offer 10% discount at the pub down the road - The Queen Victoria. Parking is an issue but nothing you can’t mend by driving around the block to find a space. Overall, pleasant stay, kids loved it.
We had a very relaxing time here! The only negatives that we could see were that the toilet and shower take a little bit of getting used to and, despite what they advertise, they do not do free breakfasts. This was pretty disappointing to us, but our time there was beautiful anyway! I would say the best part was having a top floor room, the view was maybe the best in the entire city. Would stay here again, definitely!

Hotel staff very welcoming upon arrival. Ideal for couples and families. All in all one hell of a hotel and will definitely be visiting again.
Great hotel, very well positioned near the Great Orme and the town. This is probably the cheapest hotel in the town to be fair, great value for money. All of the basics included and really appreciated the local knowledge and advice from the team. We we invited to a local and authentic pub down the road, which was managed by the hotel owner. We were also fortunate to watch the local darts team perform. Great place to stay in Llandudno, perfect price point too.
We stayed for one night here for a short break. The hotel and its interior has a charm with its homely yet kitch seaside holiday feel. The manager Sam was very helpful, friendly and approachable and gave us all the info we needed. I liked the room is was nicely decorated in a fun way, simple, clean with nice touches such as biccys to go with the tea and coffee things on the tray in our room. All in all a nice stay, which conjured up my fondness and nostalgia for the good old seaside holiday. Llandudno is a lovely classic beautifully layed out seaside town, and this hotel is in the perfect location within in the middle of it, plenty of great affordable food places, bars and the pier and seafront all within 10 mins walk of the hotel :).
Proper hidden little gem of a hotel if you’re looking for value for money. Despite the quirky faulty towers-esq vibes (which I personally quite like) the rooms are spacious even for someone requiring to have to strap on a prosthetic leg each morning. All our needs were catered for and we would definitely come back again.
Staff, Rooms and Location is amazing!!! Hotel has free wifi, outside seating area, is good value for money and only a short walk away from the sea! Rooms are cosy and clean, Beds are comfy and the rooms have a relaxing vibe. Staff are happy to help whenever needed and there's an emergency line to contact them on of needed. Bathrooms are clean and well kept. We love staying here!
